- Our Field Trip to the Diego Martin Public Library was enjoyable for both the clients and staff. The special Sir Vidiadhar Surajprasad Naipaul exhibit was a treat to the clients along with the table- top games and presentations delivered by the library staff. After this visit, J&C is looking forward to a visit to this country’s National Archives at the Main Library in Port-of-Spain.
- Weekly visits by the St. Anthony’s R.C. Church Outreach group for prayers, praise and worship and communion, recommenced this month.
- To ensure that J&C staff remain up-to-date and best qualified to care for our Seniors, a special staff development program has been created and will be executed over a period which is likely to extend to the end of the year. This ensures that our care of the diabetes, hypertension, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s/Dementia, etc. for clients will continue to be delivered with grace and expertise.
